This week has felt like a giant race to the finish line. Rush, rush, rush. People shouldn't live this way.

A big hooray that it’s the weekend and we have very little that we have to do. A baseball game on Sunday, maybe going to look at houses on Saturday but definitely lots of cooking, relaxing and being outside in the sunshine.

The big plan for tonight is to make homemade pizza, something we haven't done in ages. We're wanting a really thin crispy type pizza crust, this may require some investigation. In the past we've used the Naked Chef's dough recipe, which is good, but our crust has always turned out too chewy/doughy. Maybe we're doing something wrong? Andrew is on the prowl for a new recipe.

I'm think I'll also make my new favorite salad of the moment. It's a concept that I copped from the Buckhead Diner, arugula with a thinly sliced apple, crumbled blue cheese and candied pecans, topped with a splash of balsamic vinegar. is so good. And popcorn.....we're planning to watch some rentals this weekend so there has to be popcorn.

Can anyone tell I haven't had lunch yet?
