Worried.

I am going to end up paying $30.00 for a 1979 Supertramp "Breakfast in America" album. Andrew is going to kill me.

I placed a bid for it on Ebay earlier, my max bid I thought was $2.50. Now it is showing that my current bid is $6.50 and my maximum bid is $25.51. Acccckk! $25.51!?!? How did this happen? I certainly did not enter that as my bid price. What happened? A computer glitch? Is someone tampering with my bid?

I have never had a problem buying anything on Ebay before and wasn't sure what steps to take next. I emailed the seller and the Ebay help people but haven't heard anything back. Surely they know that no one in the right mind would pay $30 for this record, even if is is in "excellent condition." All I can think of is "Your bid is a contract. You will end up paying $25.51 (plus $4 shipping and handling) for "Breakfast in America."

I mean, I like "Goodbye Stranger" and "The Logical Song" but I don't like them that much.

Crap.
