Spit On Each Other and Sip on Some Gin.....

Okay, I'm going to expose one of my husband's deep dark secrets. While Andrew has great taste in music, he doesn't have a cd player in his truck and so he listens to a lot of radio. And....he has developed an affinity for the musical genre known as....booty music. My man likes booty music.

So we've been listening to a lot of it lately. And there's some pretty funny stuff out there. (Kelis' ubiquitous "Milkshake") There's also some pretty dirty stuff out there (ahem...Lil Kim's "Magic Stick"...holy crap). And then there are the songs where I can't figure out what the hell they're saying.

Have you heard Chingy's "Holidae In?" It's really annoying but also quite infectious. And it is being played on the radio about every ten minutes. You may be familiar with Chingy's previous hit, the highly irritating "Right Thurr." Anyway. For weeks now Andrew and I have been trying to figure out a part in the chorus that sounds like:

(whatcha doing?) "Nothing...chillin at the Holiday Inn"
(Who you with?) "Me and my peeps...won't you bring four of your friends"
(What we gone do?) "Spit on each other and sip on some gin"

But why would they want to spit on each other? I knew that something just wasn't right.

And this morning a quick stop at revealed that....

Chingy and his pals are really saying:

(What we gone do?) "Feel on each other and sip on some Hen"

Yeah. We were quite wrong. They're going to feel on each other.

But, whenever I hear the song, in my my heart...I know that they're really going to spit on each other. Because, come on...that's a lot funnier.
